How much does shipping cost?

Good news ― all shipping costs are included, no matter where you are in the world!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most regions will receive their orders within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, because shipping is available to just about anywhere, I can’t list more specific times for every single location here. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and I might be able to give you a more specific answer for your specific location.

What regions do you ship to?

Anywhere in the world! (except Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria)

What happens if my order is never delivered?

First, make sure you get in touch if you have concerns about your order. From there, our options will depend on what went wrong with the shipment:

  • If the order couldn’t be delivered because the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible, it can be re-sent to the correct address, for an additional shipping fee (make sure you are careful with your address when ordering!)

  • If the address is correct and valid, we can double-check the usual suspects (shipping delays, packages being held at the post office, etc.). If everything is in order and your shipment still hasn’t arrived, I can take up the issue with the shipping company and a free replacement will usually be sent.

What if there’s a problem with the product ― can I return or exchange it?

Yes! If there are any issues with the quality of your product, or if it’s been damaged during shipping, please get in touch right away.

I’ll need to receive a report of the issue (along with quality photos that show the issue clearly) within 3 weeks after the product is delivered. In such cases I’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost!

What if the shipment is marked as delivered, but I never received it?

That would be a very sad day! If the shipping carrier has marked your order as delivered, then we unfortunately can’t get them to issue a replacement. Try looking around to see if the shipment was left in an unusual place, or get in touch and we can see if the shipping carrier can provide any extra info to help you find your package!
